Creamy mentaiko pasta

Ingredients:
1 packet 250g linguine (cooked in salted boiling water)
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 pieces mentaiko (separated from skin)
2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Nori seaweed


Method:
1. Mix the mentaiko in a little cream to smoothen out.

2. Melt the butter and fry the onion until soft and fragrant (not browning).

3. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant

4. Add the mayonnaise and cream.

5. Wait for the sauce to simmer before adding the cooked pasta.

6. Remove from heat and incorporate the mentaiko.

7. Top with nori seaweed and serve immediately.
