Fettucine Chinese sausage

Ingredients:
1 packet 250g fettuccine (cooked in salted boiling water)
3 pieces Chinese sausage, diced
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 handful curry leaves (plucked without any stalks)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Method:
1. In a large pan, fry the Chinese sausage, onions, garlic and curry leaves in the oil over medium heat until slightly browned and crispy.

2. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and fry briefly (ensure the pasta is coated with the oil).

3. Serve immediately.
