Black Pepper Beef
Ingredients :
500 gr Tenderloin Beef, slice thinly and into small pieces
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon CornStarch, mix with 3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
Directions :
1. Place beef into a big bowl, pour soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Mix it well, set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Put beef in the wok, stir fry for 5 minutes. Add oyster sauce and sugar, stir it.
4. Place green bell pepper into the wok, stir fry for 1 minute, add liquid cornstarch mixture. Stir it until thickens, serve.
