Beef Tinoransak
Ingredients :
500 gr Tenderloin Beef, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 stalks Lemon Grass, bruise to release flavor
20 Kafiir Lime Leaves, spines removed
A little Water
Spice Paste (Grinded or Blended Ingredients) :
6 Shallots
6 Red Chilies
4 Green Birds Eye Chilies
10 Green Chilies
1 cm Turmeric
3 cm Ginger
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Directions :
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, saute blended ingredients. Add lemon grass, stir fry for 3 minutes until fragrant.
2. Place beef in the wok, add a little water. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add kafiir lime leaves, stir fry for 1 minute, serve.
