4 salmon steaks
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 tablespoons curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons curry powder and sprinkle all sides of the salmon.
- Add butter to pan and saute salmon until done. Remove and keep warm.
- Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add 1 tablespoon curry powder; mix well. Slowly stir in the sour cream. Heat the sauce but do not boil.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve immediately.
