Curried Salmon Steaks

Ingredients:


4 salmon steaks
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 tablespoons curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Method
  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons curry powder and sprinkle all sides of the salmon.
  2. Add butter to pan and saute salmon until done. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add 1 tablespoon curry powder; mix well. Slowly stir in the sour cream. Heat the sauce but do not boil.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve immediately. 
Yield: 4 Servings
