Ingredients:
12 large oysters, shucked
1 tablespoon gingerbud flower, minced
2 shallots, minced
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
Juice of 2 large limes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce (except the oysters).
2. Lay some crushed aluminium foil on a plate and place the oysters on the foil so they stay in place. Steam the oysters for about 5 minutes.
3. Dollop some sauce on each oyster before serving hot.
