Ingredients:
1 pkg. white cake mix, no pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
5 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Methods:
1) Mix together cake mix, Jello, flour, eggs and water.
2) Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add strawberries and juice. Beat 1 minute.
3) Add oil and beat 1 minute. Makes 6 cup cakes and 9 x 13 inch cake.
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter,
1 pound powdered sugar,
5 ounce thawed berries,
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Methods:
1) Beat together
2) If frosting is too thick add a little milk.
