Blueberry Applesauce Muffins



Ingredients:

1 white cake mix
1 small box cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding
¾ cup water
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup applesauce
1 can (15 oz) blueberries, rinsed and drained



Methods:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Lightly grease cups of muffin pan and set aside.

3) Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, and applesauce together until smooth.

4) Stir in blueberries. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.

5) Bake 19-25 minutes or until light golden brown on top.
Makes 24 muffins.
