- 3 sheets PUFF PASTRY cut 7 cm rings
- 3 BACON DICED FINE
- 1 ONION FINLY DICED
- 1/3 cup MASHED PUMPKIN
- 1 cup GRATED SMOKED CHEESE
- 1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1/4 cup MILK
- 1 pinch NUTMEG
- BLACK PEPPER LITTLE SALT
Instructions
press pastry into patty pancook onion and bacon tipp crisp drain
mixxed all together,spoon into pastry. bake at 200c for about 15mins.
REDUCE HEAT 180 BAKE ANOTHER 10 MINS
