BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE

2 1/2 cups of white sugar 
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of butter 1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of white syrup 
1 cup of light cream 
1/4 teaspoon of butterscotch flavoring
1 cup of chopped pecans

method;
Combine and cook to a soft ball stage (when dropped in cold water).  Remove from stove; add: 1/4 teaspoon butterscotch flavoring.  


Beat until creamy and ready to set up; add 1 cup chopped pecans.  

Pour onto buttered plates and cool before cutting into squares.
