The Crust
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Combine the flour, cornstarch and sugar.
- Rub the butter into the mixture with your fingertips.
- Add an egg.
- Shape the base with your hands to make a circle about a half Inch thick.
- Bake for ten minutes until lightly browned.
- Arrange fresh fruit decoratively on the base.
- To make the glaze, mix together all the ingredients except the zests in a pan.
- Boil for one minute.
- Pour the glaze over the fruit pizza and then scatter the zests over it.
