Ingredients:
Chicken Meat 200g
Onions 2
Garlic 2
Ginger 1
Coriander Leaves 1
Curry leaves
Green Chillies 2
Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon Powder 1/2 table spoon
Woh Hup Shitake Sauce 1 table spoon
Butter 20g
Salt
Pepper
Method:
1.Slice the chicken meat to smaller bite size.
2.Then heat up the pan and pour in about 4 tbs of oil and let it heated up.
3.Then fry the chicken slices till it's golden brown.
4.Cut the green chillies, onions, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
5.Mix them all and blend it.
6.Heat up a pot and sauté the paste.
7.Once it's cooked, add in the coriander powder and a 1/2 a tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
8.To add flavor to the paste, add in the shitake sauce.
9.Once it's simmering, add in the butter to make it glossy and to add a savory taste to it.
10.Once it's done, add in the chicken slices that have been fried earlier.
11.Mix it well and add salt and pepper to taste.
12.And we are ready to serve!
