Ingredients:
4 slices of toast bread
4 fresh pineapple slices
4 ham slices
4 slices of cheese like swiss cheese
Monterey Jack or Mozzarella. Big enough to cover the pineapple completely.
Methods:
1) Toast the bread slices and butter lightly, cover each slice with a slice of ham, on top of that a slice of fresh pineapple and o top of that a slice of cheese.
2) Broil until cheese is completely melted.
**Make sure that the ham is covering the bread completely, otherwise the juices of the pineapple will make the bread too soggy. I love it with fresh pineapple ( do not forget to cut off the skin and the middle) but I guess you could use canned too.
