Tropical smoothie

Ingredients:
Silken bean curd 55 g (2 oz)
Sweetened soy milk (use store-bought) 180 ml (6 fl oz / 3/4 cup)
Ripe mango 1/2 peeled and seeded
Ripe papaya 1/2 peeled and seeded
Ripe banana 1, medium
Freshly squeezed orange juice 60 ml (2 fl oz / 1/4 cup)
Honey to taste


Method:
1. Refrigerate all ingredients except banana until sufficiently chilled.

2. Peel and cut banana into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a blender (food processor) and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
