Ingredients:
1/2 lb. prawns
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Egg
1 tbsp. oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. cornstarch Rice pepper
1 cup Vegetable oil In bowl,
**(mix the prawns with the salt, sesame oil, Egg, oyster Sauce and cornstarch.)
Methods:
1) Cut the Rice pepper into 3-inch square pieces. Put the prawn mixture on the Rice pepper pieces and fold into a blanket.
2) Heat the oil to medium heat. Place the wrapped prawns in oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
3) It is essential to make sure that the oil is Hot before prawns are added so that they are not overdone.
