Zucchini Bread

ingredient;
• 3 eggs 
• 1 c. oil 
• 2 c. sugar 
• 1 t. vanilla 
• 2 1/2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated 
• 3 c. flour 
• 1 T. cinnamon 
• 1 1/2 t. baking powder 
• 1 t. baking soda 
• 1 t. salt 
• 1c. chopped walnuts

method;
Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar, vanilla and mix well. Stir in zucchini. 

Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. 

Fold in nuts. 

Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5inch loaf pans. 

Bake at 325° for one hour.
