MUSTARD-BUTTER PASTA

3/4 cup   misc. chopped veg (we like broccoli & mushrooms) 
2 tblsp   butter, softened (or marg)
4 tblsp   dijon mustard 
pasta     (fettucine, cappellini, etc)

Instructions:
Boil the pasta, and if you're using broccoli or another boilable vegetable, add it at the appropriate moment to the boil.  Other vegetables should be sauteed briefly.

While the pasta's boiling, mix together the mustard and butter thoroughly.  Blend well into the drained pasta and veg, and serve.
