Meatball Appetizer recipe

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:.
1 lb Ground beef.
1 x Egg, lightly beaten.
½ cup of Soft breadcrumbs.
¼ cup of Milk.
1/3 cups of Onion, finely chopped.
1 teaspoon of Salt.
½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.


For the Sauce:.
½ cup of Ketchup.
½ cup of Onion, chopped.
1/3 cups of Sugar.
1/3 cups of Vinegar.
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
1/8 teaspoons of Pepper.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Mix the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, alt, onion, and Worcestershire sauce(meatball ingredients only) together in a bowl.
2. Form 1 inch balls from the mixture.
3. Brown the meatballs over a medium heat in a skillet.
4. Combine the Sauce ingredients in a seperate bowl.
5. Put the browned meatballs in an oven-proof dish. Pour over the sauce. Bake in an oven at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.
