Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef.
1 cup of onion, finely chopped.
½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro, lightly packed.
1 tablespoon of sliced jalapeno chilis.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
¾ teaspoon of garam masala.
½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Salt, to taste.
Vegetable oil, to brush the grill with.

Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and shape into logs that can be placed onto skewers.Cook on the grill, about 2 inches from the heat source, for about 3 minutes on each side.
